Now is the Time for Evidence-Based Practice in Youth Treatment
Virtual Event 2021
The UW-Whitewater Center for Inclusive Transition Education and Employment (CITEE) in collaboration with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), are hosting a two-day virtual event on Wednesday, August 4 and Thursday, August 5, 2021. This event will tentatively take place from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM both days.
This conference is intended to build awareness and use of Evidence-based Practices (EBPs) to meet the treatment needs of young people with substance abuse disorder and/or co-occurring mental illness in the state of Wisconsin. The conference will feature breakout sessions to help enhance the understanding of and skill development of practitioners in the mental health field.
