For new buildings, facilities, remodeling or renovation

For the purpose of acting as a consultant in the instructional media, audio-visual, acoustics and related fields, the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Technology and Information Resources or designate will serve as an advisor to all University bodies involved in the writing of programs for new buildings and/or facilities, in all stages of planning for new buildings and/or facilities, and in the planning for the remodeling or renovation of existing buildings and/or facilities.

The Assistant Vice Chancellor for Technology and Information Resources or designate will maintain a close and continuing liaison with the campus administration to ascertain the status of programs, plans, remodeling, and renovation, and in conjunction with the Central Administration, will be the determiner of whether the Assistant Vice Chancellor sits as an active advisor in the work of any body dealing with the above specified matters.
