The Williams Center is shared facility with UW-W Athletics and offers a wide variety of equipment. The main floor is 8,000 square feet of strength based equipment. Equipment includes dumbbells (5lb - 110lb), racks, benches, Precor selectorized, Hammer Strength plate loaded and 13 brand new platforms.</p> <p>The second floor is 4,000 square feet of cardio equipment (Precor upright and recumbant bikes, Woodway and Precor treadmills, Freemotion treadclimbers, Precor AMTs and ellipticals, Stairmaster steppers, Life Fitness powermills, and a SciFit upper body erg).</p> False
