<p><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong>Non-allocable Segregated University Fees:</strong> Those Segregated University Fees used to support foundational, long-term and/or educational opportunities that happen without connection to traditional academic programs. Typical expenses include, but are not limited to, fixed financial obligations, personnel costs, ongoing operating and debt service costs of student unions, health centers, child care centers, recreational and athletic facilities, transit services, and similar commitments.</span></p>
