<p>FYI was founded to champion the breadth and depth of teaching, policy, and research in Early Care and Education (ECE) at UW-Whitewater. Through the facilitation of existing ECE resources, we are forging new opportunities for collaboration &mdash; at the university, in the Whitewater community, and with the broader early care and education community &mdash; creating a regional hub with a national reach and a global perspective.</p> <p>This collaborative work begins to address the need for systems change in ECE by meeting funding and regulatory shifts from federal to state control through licensure of teachers, ECE consulting and conferences, research collaborations, and network building.</p> False
