Art exhibit bridges U.S., Chinese cultures

From October 17 -- November 16, Crossman Gallery will host "Across the Divide," an exhibition of Chinese artists who are living, working and teaching at United States universities. More than 20 of the artists have been invited to come to campus to display their talents.

The opening reception is Thursday, Oct. 20 from 5-7 p.m in the Crossman Gallery. The symposium is Friday, Oct. 21, in Timothy J. Hyland Hall, room 2203, from 9:30 -- noon. Both events are free and open to the public.
