Sponsor a Registrant at UW-Whitewater Camps and Conferences
A sponsorship is when a school, company, organization, or even friends and family members would like to pay for camper(s) to attend an event at UW-Whitewater. If you choose to be a sponsor, we will create a promo code that you can provide the camper(s) to register for their chosen event. Once the camp has concluded, we will send you an invoice. The sponsor’s balance is due 2 weeks after the invoice is sent, unless otherwise agreed upon with Continuing Education Services.
Become A Sponsor
Once the form is submitted, it is sent to our team for review. Within 3-5 business days the Administrator will receive an email with a promo code to provide to the camper(s) they are sponsoring. Once the camp has concluded, we will send an invoice to the Administrator of the sponsorship. Sponsorship balances are due 2 weeks after the invoice is sent, unless otherwise agreed upon with Continuing Education Services.
A 2.85% surcharge applies to all credit/debit card payments to cover processing fees. Payment by check is exempt. Checks should be made payable to "UW-Whitewater" and mailed to:

Payment Deadline & Policy
Full payment is due 2 weeks after the invoice is sent to the Administrator of the sponsorship. there are extenuating circumstances affecting payment, please contact Continuing Education Services at cesevents@uww.edu before the deadline.
