Event Management Services
To develop successful meetings or events, you need a combination of skills and expertise. Good logistical planning is one of the most crucial aspects of meeting delivery. We offer comprehensive planning services to ensure that your program runs smoothly and efficiently. Our team will help organize your program from beginning to end, providing support along the way.
You'll be working with event planners who:

Submit a request to see if we will be able to help you plan your event.
We suggest at least 4 weeks to build your event. Returning summer event requests are due by December 15th.
Our Services included in the base fee:
- Event contract
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries
- Filling requests and follow up
- Receive and track payments made by mail
- Registration assistance and waitlist monitoring
- Send balance due reminders
- One staff member to supervise set up of the onsite registration area (1 hour of service)
- Ordering, reserving space and set up of catering
- Locating room for size of your event and reserving room
- Post event evaluations to participants
- Process sponsor request to be used at your event
Summer events:
- Filling requests (per addendums) and follow up
- Send medication survey
- Help director create pre-camp information mailing and send to participants
- Emergency phone number for use after hours
- Set up drive through checkin
- Addendum meetings with police, housing and catering on your behalf
- Athletic trainer room staff and supplies
- Particiapte and staff housing assignments
Additional Fees:
- Answer questions and resolve problems during the program

Catering
Our catering department is dedicated to providing the highest quality service to the faculty, staff, students and guests of UW-Whitewater. Our services include served meals, buffet meals, receptions, coffee and snack breaks, picnics & a la carte menu planning. The catering department is comprised of a well-trained culinary staff and service personnel under the direction of a professional management team. Our experience, knowledge and expertise enables us to provide all of the necessary ingredients to ensure the success of your event. Can’t find something you’re looking for? Facilities
Finding the right meeting space is never a problem when you have the resources of a university at your disposal. Our campus offers hundreds of meeting spaces ranging from classrooms, auditoriums and theatres, boardrooms, gyms, fieldhouses, outdoor recreation facilities and overnight accommodations. Most meeting spaces offer flexible room configuration and are equipped with built-in technology. Standard classrooms come fully equipped with whiteboards, overhead projectors, screens and computers. And since connecting with others during a meeting has never been more important, we offer webcasting services that allow you to include a global audience.
