Athletics

With nearly 100 national championships accumulated by intercollegiate teams and individuals, Warhawk sports are packed with tradition. UW-Whitewater is a member of NCAA Division III, so our 600 student-athletes compete across 20 sports for love of the game.

We recognize that sometimes, sudden personal emergencies occur during a student’s college experience that can completely offset their plans. Our Forward Scholars Program is a merit-based scholarship designed for first-generation college students with a focus in high impact educational practices.
