The designated Intellectual Property Management Organization (IPMO) for UW-Whitewater is WiSys Technology Foundation (WiSys). The UW System policy applies to any invention discovered by faculty, staff, or students related to their appointed duties at an UW System institution.

Any Material Transfer Agreement(MTA) should be signed by the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs.
The requests should be sent to Director Carl Fox for signature as the authorized representative for UW-Whitewater. They can be emailed or hand-delivered with a description of what was ordered.
