Textbook Rental Process

For the convenience of students on campus or online students, we offer the ability to order your textbooks online. Follow the easy steps below to get ready for the semester!

  1. Log in to WINS
  2. In WINS, at the top of the screen, navigate to Class & Schedule > View My Classes > View/Purchase Course Books.
  3. When you click the View/Purchase Course Books link, your textbooks will be preloaded into your cart through the Textbook Services website.
  4. Finally, choose whether to get your textbooks shipped to you, or pick them up in-store.
  5. Note - You will only be able to order textbooks online up to four weeks before the beginning of the semester.

Come visit us!

You can order your textbooks in-person by visiting our Textbook Services located on the lower level of the Bookstore building. Be sure to come during textbook rental hours and bring your HawkCard and syllabi to make the process quick and smooth.

There are two ways to return your textbooks to us at the end of the semester.

    1. Return your textbooks to us in-person by visiting Textbook Services before the semester textbook due date. (Usually the last day of the term)
    2. Ship your textbooks back to us. We recommend you send your books to us via USPS Media Mail (it's cheapest!). Address the package(s) to:

Bring Your HawkCard

Always bring your HawkCard- you won't be able to get your books without it.

Schedule and Syllabi

Having a copy of your schedule and syllabi (digital or print) will help to easily find your books.

When to Come

It's best to arrive right when Rental opens or before it closes to pick up your books - this is when the checkout lines are the shortest.

Double-Check

Always double-check the books you receive and keep your receipt until you return the rented materials.
