The Well Wisconsin program, administered by WebMD, provides tools and resources to help participants set health and well-being goals, track progress, stay motivated, and earn incentives. Employees, retirees, and their spouses who participate in the Group Health Insurance Program have access to the Well Wisconsin program. Complete the three requirements for the Incentive by October 16, 2026 to receive a $150 gift card.
To Receive Your $150 Stipend
Create a WebMD Account
Either create a WebMD account or log-into your existing account on the Well Wisconsin portal.
Register for an appointment
Register for an appointment for your biometric health screening to fulfill the Health Check requirement. Follow this quick guide for instructions. Results will auto-upload in your WebMD portal within two weeks of appointment date.
Complete the online WebMD health assessment.
Complete the online Health Assessment in your Well Wisconsin portal.
Complete a WebMD well-being activity of your choice.
Complete one of the options below to fulfill the Well-Being activity requirement:
- Three (3) WebMD coaching sessions
- Two (2) well-being challenges
- Qualify for and participate in the Diabetes Prevention Program
- Three (3) virtual coaching sessions - more information available on your Well Wisconsin portal
- Complete the meQ Assessment (or reassessment) and complete a related activity by logging into your Well Wisconsin portal accessing the Benefits tab and clicking on the meQ card. For activities, click Discover at the top of the screen and select Activities.
- One (1) workshop
- Access the Rewards Lobby in your Well Wisconsin portal to report one employer-sponsored activity and complete two (2) WebMD coaching sessions
