Every year employees who receive State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance are eligible to receive a $150 gift card for completing a health check activity such as; biometric screening, dental exam or one health coaching session, an online health assessment, and a well-being activity. UW-Whitewater offers on-site appointments for your biometric screening.
To Receive Your $150 Stipend
Create a WebMD Account
Either create a WebMD account log-in to your existing account on WebMD Health's website.
Register for an appointment
Register for an appointment for your biometric health screening. Follow this quick guide for instructions. Results will auto-upload in your WebMD portal within two weeks of appointment date.
Complete the online WebMD health assessment.
Complete a WebMD well-being activity of your choice.
