Staff Resources

The composition, function, and procedures of the Academic Staff Assembly are governed by the academic staff by-laws. The personnel rules outline the procedures for titling, grievances, promotions, and evaluations.

The Purple Book assists academic staff employees in tracking their progress and development, and is a useful tool in preparing for evaluation.

Instructional Academic Staff Promotion applications are due to the Academic Staff Assembly chair the second Wednesday in December; the applicant should start the process a month in advance of this date in order to obtain all letters of evaluation and support in time for the deadline.
