The mission of the Undergraduate Research, Innovative, and Creative Activities (URiCA) Program at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater is to empower students with opportunities and experiences that allow them to ask questions, explore creativity, seek answers, and expand their knowledge through collaboration, mentorship, and various forms of inquiry.

The vision of URiCA is to be the guiding force that empowers every UW-Whitewater undergraduate to explore their potential and turn curiosity into meaningful discovery, fostering a culture of inquiry, creativity, innovation, and scholarship that elevates both our students and our institution.
