Membership in the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Alumni Association is automatic for all graduates, and comes with many great benefits. There are ways we can help you keep in touch with what's going on around campus, discounts you can take advantage of when you travel, or even ways to keep the tradition alive and send another generation back to your alma mater.

All alumni receive Whitewater magazine free twice per year. Published by the University Marketing and Media Relations division, Whitewater helps you to stay informed on campus news, activities, fellow alumni achievements and special features stories.

You can also subscribe to UW-Whitewater's regular e-newsletter to receive email updates about campus happenings and Warhawks in the news.

 

Generous Discounts

UW-Whitewater alumni association members can take advantage of a variety of discounts on national products and services. Two national insurance companies - Marsh U.S. Consumer Insurance and Libery Mutual Insurance offer programs for our alumni.  Many national car rental companies and hotel chains also partner with the Alumni Association to make travel easier on your budget anywhere across the country.

Also be sure to show off your Warhawk pride with a customized UW-Whitewater license plate! Part of the fee goes toward funding the University.

 

Lifelong learning

Alumni and community members may attend many UW-Whitewater classes on a not-for-credit basis through our class audit program. This can be a great way to enchance your professional or creative skills for discounted tuition.

Children and grandchildren of alumni who "return" to UW-Whitewater are often eligible for a tuition discount through our "Return to Wisconsin" program. These out-of-state students who return to the University are eligible for a 25% discount on tuition each semester, given automatically without the constant hassle of othe financial aid paperwork.
