Coaching Philosophy/Personal Thoughts:
I stress to the women's team on a daily basis to try and get better than they were the day before, not only on the basketball court but most importantly in the classroom and at everyday life skills. Also, we like to focus on more than the individual effort but more of everyone developing together. Thus, we have a saying that resembles this focus: "What can you do today to make yourself better, but most importantly what can you do today to make the others around you better?"
Also, I try to create a fun atmosphere for our athletes. I truly believe, if one is not having fun, one is not going to work as hard and the hard work only pays of if one can enjoy the process as well as the results.
