This learning community will focus on how students can stay active and healthy and make educated decisions about their physical and mental well-being.
This learning community is designed for first year students interested in majoring in Physical Education, Nutrition, Wellness, Physical Therapy, Recreation, or any field related to sports, health, and wellness. Students will live on a substance free floor in Wellers Hall, and will have opportunities to organize intramural sports teams and stay active through using the facilities available to all students in the Williams Center. Learn about time management, stress relief and staying healthy during your first year of college at UW-Whitewater! The office of Recreation Sports and Facilities professional staff will coordinate activities and events along with the students in Health and Wellness.
