Sustainability

Student Organizations

There are a number of student organizations that are directly involved in sustainability-related topics. For most students that want to join an “environmental club,” SAGE is the best option for you to consider. Gardening Club is more specifically focused on gardening/horticulture, but also assist the Sustainability Office in managing the Campus Garden and Upham Greenhouse. The Sustainability Office also partners with PEACE for the PEACE Trees Project. All three operate out of Upham Greenhouse and often hold their meetings in that location.

There are other organizations included below that don’t work as closely with the Sustainability Office projects, but are doing great work that might also appeal to you if you are interested in this topic. Read below for more information and how to contact each organization to get involved with like-minded peers.
