Information Services is a campus mail drop-off location. We also sell a number of small items for your convenience including stamps (international and domestic), envelopes, small boxes, bubble wrap, padded envelopes and packaging tape. We can also help you weigh your package to help calculate shipping costs.

Amazon Returns

Go on Amazon and go to "Returns & Orders"
Download the pre-paid shipping label for the item you are returning
1. Ask yourself
  - Does it have a barcode?
    1. You must have a pre-paid label (USPS or UPS returns only)
    2. We do not accept QR codes
  - Are the return and delivery addresses correct?
  - If yes, continue to step 3
Print the label
Bring to UC Information Services
We have boxes and bubble wrap or bubble mailers to buy if needed
We have packing tape available if needed

Picked up Monday-Friday at 9:30 AM and 1 PM
Envelopes & UPS and USPS packages accepted

Fed-Ex drop off available at Walgreens and Casey’s on E. Milwaukee Street

Need a Shipping Label?

Purchase and print a label online through USPS Click-N-Ship
Priority and Flat-Rate envelopes and boxes are available at the desk at no charge
Parcels over 10 ounces require a prepaid shipping label
Click-N-Ship offers tracking and insurance, which is a great tool for making sure your package arrives on time and to the right location!
