This is a community for students interested in science careers in biology, chemistry, physics, and engineering.
Students will explore careers in these disciplines, participate in service projects such as tutoring, science activities in the area schools, and be involved in outreach activities in the Whitewater community. Initial placement in this Learning Community will be based on your Math ACT score. You must obtain a 24 or higher on the Math portion of your ACT score to be considered for Double Helix. Final placement in this Learning Community is determined by your UW System Math Placement Exam score.
