UW-Whitewater has received a high volume of emails containing malicious .zip file attachments recently. In order to minimize the risk to UW-Whitewater's networks, a campus-wide hold on sending and receiving .zip files remains in place. ICIT is monitoring the situation and will lift the hold as soon as it is deemed safe.
