Welcome to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Small Business Development Center (SBDC). At the SBDC, our consultants work with small business owners and entrepreneurs to provide them with the information and resources they need to succeed. Our emphasis is on supporting growth and innovation for existing business as well as providing training on how to start a business.

Over 100 business clients received guidance and/or training from the UW-Whitewater SBDC over the past year. The Entrepreneurial Training Program can help you develop a successful business plan that can be used as a guide for running your business.

The UW-Whitewater SBDC provides guidance to business owners and to entrepreneurs in Dodge, Jefferson, Rock, Walworth and Waukesha County with business training and consulting services. To find a center serving other Wisconsin counties, contact the state SBDC office.
