- Forms can be faxed, mailed or dropped off in person to the Financial Aid Office. Forms may also be scanned and emailed to the Financial Aid Office at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not recommend emailing any documents which contain personal information (i.e., social security number). Please be sure to include your student ID number with your document submissions.
