- Forms can be faxed, mailed or dropped off in person to the Financial Aid Office. Forms may also be scanned and emailed to the Financial Aid Office at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not recommend emailing any documents which contain personal information (i.e., social security number, date of birth, driver’s license number, banking information, etc.). Please be sure to include your student ID number with your document submissions.
