IMLeagues is the program, services and membership management system used by Rec Sports. IMLeagues is a third-party service, but is connected to the UW-Whitewater network. All non-students will need to have access to IMLeagues in order to reserve session spots. In order to join the IMLeagues network and gain access to sessions, general members will need to sign up for an account, which is included in your membership at no additional cost. Our staff can not only help you create an account, but they can show you how to navigate IMLeagues.

Access to Intramural Sports participation is not granted via fitness memberships. Anyone who is not eligible to participate in Intramural Sports activities, but attempting to play, may have membership privileges suspended or revoked. Intramural Sports are currently for UW-Whitewater students and faculty/staff only (no alumni).

Absolutely, and it is encouraged! Signing up for sessions and viewing hours of operations are both easier if done via our app. In order to access the app and its contents, members will have to sign in with the IMLeagues account credentials, which you should only have to do once. Subsequent logins may be required following membership status changes or app updates.

The app is available to download for FREE via Apple and Android app stores.

A forgotten ID pass is permitted for general members. If you lose your membership card, another one may be produced for you in Williams Center Room 100.

Short answer is no. All members, regardless of how they may be classified, are held to the same standards and are expected to follow all terms and conditions. If you believe someone is violating Warhawk Fitness terms and conditions, please let us know!
