Program Focus
Wellness education includes programming, events, presentations, and collaborations focused on meeting the holistic needs of students. Specific program focuses include suicide prevention and alcohol and other drug awareness. I am passionate about creating a world where everybody feels like they matter and nobody feels alone.

Personal Interests/Hobbies/Fun Fact
I have been singing ever since I could talk! I have a YouTube channel where I post covers and original songs. I love to read, rewatch TV shows, and listen to podcasts and singer-songwriters.
I am a huge mental health awareness and suicide prevention advocate (very fitting for this role, isn’t it?), and therefore in my free time you can catch me volunteering with mental health nonprofits and designing mental health clothing through my Etsy shop Empathy Emblems.
