The UHCS Wellness team works with our Wellness Peer Educators and physical and mental healthcare providers to provide free programs and resources for students, faculty, and staff. We often visit classrooms, residence halls, and organization meetings. You can choose from our list or request a custom program by clicking the link below. Please complete the form at least two weeks in advance of your preferred date. After requesting a program, wellness staff will follow up with you to confirm.
