Everything You Need to Park on Campus

Announcements

Fall 2025 Parking Permit Sale Information:

Fall permit sales will open in two waves, based on your classification, and will be live from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM each day.

August 5 – Faculty/Staff, Juniors (60+ completed credits), Seniors, Graduate Students, Ed Specialist, GR Special-NCF, and Post-Baccalaureate students.

August 7 – Freshmen, Sophomores (under 60 completed credits), High School students, and Others.

Unsure of your classification? If you've completed 60 or more credits, you're considered an upperclassman and qualify for the August 5 date.

Please note that all permits are limited. Once they sell out, you’ll have the option to join a waitlist—while a spot isn’t guaranteed, requests will be reviewed as availability allows.

When it’s your turn to purchase, head to uww.aimsparking.com and log in using your UW-Whitewater SSO credentials (top right corner) before selecting your permit—orders won’t process correctly unless you’re logged in first.

If you don’t have a parking permit, we strongly recommend not bringing a vehicle to campus, as parking is limited and permits are required.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch—we are happy to help.

Current Lot Closure Information:

Due to Ongoing Campus Construction: Access to lots 1, 7, 8, and 11 will be temporarily restricted. Additional areas may also be impacted.

Lot 11 (Williams Center Parking Lot) - Starting May 2025 this lot will be reconstructed. Please help ensure no one parks in the lot once the new asphalt is down—striping and restoration needs to be completed before it can reopen. Paving is tentatively scheduled for July 24–26, and there will be heavy truck traffic during that time.

Thank you for your understanding as improvements are made across campus.

Visitor Center & Parking Services Office Hours:
