Dr. Luz Yadira Herrera

Luz Yadira Herrera, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Multilingual Education in the Kremen School of Education and Human Development at California State University, Fresno. She has over 15 years of experience in the education of emergent bilinguals in both mainstream and bilingual settings.
