Nancy Domínguez-Fret

Nancy Domínguez-Fret is a doctoral candidate at the University of Illinois at Chicago in the College of Education. Nancy taught high school Spanish as a Heritage Language (SHL) for three years and currently teaches college-level SHL. Her research focuses on critical approaches to teaching SHL, Heritage speakers as SHL educators and access to Dual Language education for Latina/o/x communities.
