Natalie Grandsard is the Graduate Assistant for Undergraduate Research, Innovative, and Creative Activities (URiCA) at the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. In this role, she manages the Research Apprenticeship Program (RAP), where she supports undergraduate students in connecting with faculty mentors and engaging in meaningful research, scholarly, and creative experiences.
Natalie earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Counselor Education at UW–Whitewater. Her academic interests center on supporting student growth, fostering meaningful connections, and helping students develop the skills and confidence to achieve their academic and professional goals.
