I graduated from UWW in 1983 with a BBA in Finance. I worked in the financial services industry for 35 years with Northwestern Mutual. My career evolved from establishing a clientele to being promoted to home office positions. I led the national recruiting area for the company and then became Vice President of Field Training and Development. From there I became Regional Vice President and oversaw the Southern Region region with 25 offices and approximately 5,000 people.
I was asked to contribute to the redesign of a CFP course HS311 Insurance. they asked me to write scenarios for practical application. They also asked for course design input along with the creation of testable concepts. I worked in coordination of their subject matter experts and instructional designers.

I was asked by GAMA based in Washington DC to facilitate and design an industry think tank for approximately 40 financial service companies. This was a face to face meeting held at NASA Space Center in Houston. Theses were top tier leaders from these companies responsible for growing and developing their organizations.
GAMA & AIA based in Hong Kong

I was asked by GAMA based in Washington DC to lead a development session for leaders in AIA (the worlds largest life insurance company based in Hong Kong). They have a leadership center they own in Bangkok and they use it to train and develop their leaders from multiple south Asia countries. I spent a week with them at their leadership center. My session lasted for two days and 14 countries well in attendance. (China, Thailand, Egypt, Philippines, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam to name a few of the countries.
