Christina N. Outlay, PMP, is an assistant professor of Information Technology in the College of Business and Economics at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater campus. Prior to UW-Whitewater, Christina taught information systems, IT service management, and user interface design courses at DePaul University. Christina holds a Ph.D. in management information systems from University of Illinois at Chicago, an M.S. in Information Systems and a B.A. in Psychology, both from Depaul University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP – since 2002) and a formally trained meeting facilitator. She has prior experience as a Program Manager at Allstate Insurance Company, as well as project management and IT experience with Apartments.com, State Farm Insurance, the United States Naval Reserve, and DePaul University.
