Once admitted to UW-Whitewater, students are required to attend a Plan-It Purple program. During Plan-It Purple you will:
Plan-It Purple is required for all new students and is held from 8:15am- 4:00pm. You must participate in the entire program in order to register for classes so please select a date which will allow your full participation. Register for Plan-It Purple once you have committed to attending UW-Whitewater as the new student fee is NON-REFUNDABLE ($90 for the student and $15 per guest).
One program offered on Thursday, January 11, 2018. Program registration begins on October 2nd and ends at 11:59pm on January 4th.
To register: Log into your WINS account and select "Main Menu" (top left corner); "Student Center" ; "UWW Applications"; "Plan-It Purple"; "Reserve a Date". Follow the prompts from there. For detailed instructions please click here.

Your UW-Whitewater email address is your formal communication with the university. All bills, notifications, confirmations and emergency updates will be sent via email, so be sure to check your UW-W email daily! We encourage you to install it on your smartphone.
New UW-Whitewater undergraduate students are required to pay a one-time $100 enrollment deposit. This deposit remains on account during your enrollment at the university. The deposit is never applied to your fees, rather it rolls forward to the next term as a deposit for that term. It is refundable upon request when you separate from UW-Whitewater. You will pay this when you register for Plan-It Purple. Please contact Students Accounts at 262-472-1373 with any questions about the enrollment deposit.
The Math Placement Test (MPT) is required of all new UW-Whitewater students without previous college-level coursework.
