GUEST HOUSING

Notice: for Fall 2026 there will be an extremely limited amount of rooms available for guest housing.

Are you a commuter student looking for a place to crash? Or a faculty or staff member snowed in by inclement weather? Or parents of a UW-Whitewater student? Guest housing is available through University Housing for all members of the Warhawk family. This temporary option is convenient and affordable — we roll out the red (or purple) carpet for you. Rooms are available on the third and fourth floors of Goodhue Hall, a location near the center of campus.

Standard rooms with or without air conditioning are available. Each standard room includes:

  • Two twin XL beds (linens available for rent at $10 per person)
  • Two desks and two desk chairs
  • Two dressers
  • A compact refrigerator
  • Cable TV
  • Access to communal restrooms shared by all guests
  • Access to a shared kitchen
  • Access to TV lounges
  • Access to laundry facilities

Payment is due upon check-in and can be processed with a credit/debit card or charge to student billing. We do not accept American Express cards. All guests must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A photo ID is required upon check-in. Long-term stays (15 days or more) must be approved. Approved long-term stays are subject to a 1-night-per-week discount.
