Guest Housing

University Housing is pleased to offer convenient and economical housing for commuter students, faculty, families, and others associated with the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. The facility is located on the 4th floor of Goodhue Hall and offers centrally-located place to stay.

Check In

Check-in will occur after 2:00pm on the scheduled arrival date at the Goodhue Front Desk. No early check-ins will be granted. Payment in full is due at the time of arrival. No guests under the age of 18 will be permitted to stay in Guest Housing, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A valid form of photo identification will be required at check-in. All guests must be registered with the Goodhue Front Desk.

Check-Out
Check-out will be at 11:00am on the scheduled departure date. Rented linens are to remain in the guest room. Room keys are to be returned to the drop box on 4th floor to the right of the elevator. Any rented parking passes must be returned to the Goodhue front desk to avoid a $100.00 citation.

Saturday-Sunday 2pm to 7pm

Reservations
All Guest Housing reservations are accommodated on an as requested basis. Therefore, reservations are recommended to ensure that a room is available for your stay. 

Student guests are limited to a two week stay in Guest Housing, unless approval from the Executive Director of University Housing, or their designee is granted. If a guest is in a transition period to permanent housing, the Guest is expected to exhaust all resources to find permanent housing before their scheduled departure date.

Room Specifications
Suites include a queen size bed, private restroom, one desk and desk chair, microwave, compact refrigerator, alarm clock and all linens needed during your stay.
Standard Rooms include two Twin XL beds (linens not included in cost), two desks and desk chairs, two dressers, a microwave, compact refrigerator and access to a shared restroom. Linens are available for rent for $10 per person.
All rooms will have access to a common area lounge, kitchenette and a free washer and dryer for laundry needs during their stay.

Parking
All Campus Parking rules are to be followed while staying in Goodhue Hall. Overnight Parking passes are available for purchase from the Goodhue Front desk upon check-in for $5.00 per day.
Daily parking passes should be purchased from the Visitor’s Center or the Kiosk located in the Circle Drive of the Visitor’s Center.
