Test Scoring
In alignment with University priorities, UWW's legacy Scantron test scoring services, managed centrally through IT Services, were retired in August, 2026.
Starting Fall 2026, Scantron TestFlex replaces manual preparation and scanning services formerly handled by IT Services. Faculty and Instructors who used IT Services' Scantron in the past will have access to Scantron TestFlex to manage their tests and scoring.
Transitioning to Scantron TestFlex is a coordinated effort with IT Services, the Provost Office, and CATLST as part of our ongoing efforts to improve assessment services.

Getting Started with Test Scoring
Scantron TestFlex replaces manual preparation and scanning services formerly handled by IT Services. This modern print test service provides instructors with streamlined test creation, delivery, and no-wait grading. The direct integration enables simple and quick grade entry into Canvas. Tests can be printed or administered online for additional flexibility.
Faculty and Instructors who used IT Services Scantron test scoring services in the past will be given access to Scantron TestFlex. They will have direct access to vendor support, including direct contact information, and guides linking to the TestFlex Help Center for step-by-step documentation.
