Peer Coaching Program
The Peer Coaching Program offers interested faculty and academic teaching staff the chance to work closely with an expert teacher from outside their department (someone not involved in their formal evaluations) to receive feedback and suggestions about one’s teaching. Participants will likely complete some or all of the following with their coach: syllabi review, course goals discussion, class session observations (one may be videotaped), and post-observation reviews and discussion.
