Meet the Team:

Stephanie Hartmann- Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer. Stephanie is a UW-Whitewater alumni who joined the HR Team in 2011 moving into the role of Benefit Specialist in 2017 and most recently Deputy CHRO in March of 2023.

Ramon Rocha, Sr - HR Generalist. Ramon joined the HR team in 2019 as the HR Coordinator and moved into the role of HR Generalist (FMLA, Worker's Compensation & Benefits Liaison) in July of 2023. Ramon is bilingual (Spanish/English) and does a lot of the translating for the office and campus wide. He is also a notary for the state of Wisconsin.

Tyler Carver - Benefits and Wellness Student Assistant. Tyler is a senior here at UWW, who is majoring in Management with an emphasis in Organization and Leadership Development. Tyler is currently the Student Team Lead for the HR office and has worked for our office since Spring 2022.

Rachel Vant - Benefits and Wellness Student Assistant. Rachel is a sophomore here at UWW, who is majoring in Chemistry. Rachel has worked for our office since Fall of 2023.
