Every year employees who receive State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance are eligible to receive a $150 gift card for completing a health check activity such as; biometric screening, dental exam or one health coaching session, an online health assessment, and a well-being acitvity. UW-Whitewater offers on-site appointments for your biometric screening.

To receive your $150 stipend:
1. Create a WebMD account and/or log-in to your existing account at https://webmdhealth.com/wellwisconsin/.
2. Register for an appointment for your biometric health screening. Follow this quick guide for instructions. Results will auto-upload in your WebMD portal witin 2 weeks of appointment date.
