THIS IS A COMMUNITY FOR STUDENTS INTERESTED IN SCIENCE CAREERS.
Students will explore careers in different science disciplines, including Biology, Chemistry, Geography & Geology, and Physics. Students in this learning community will spend the fall semester completing their Math requirement to gain entry into courses pertaining to their intended majors. They will also be introduced to service learning, research and other experiential learning opportunities. Initial placement in this LC will be based on your Math ACT score of 19-23. Once you have completed your Math placement test, you may not be elibible for Helahawks, and would have the opportunity to join Covalent Bonds or Double Helix.Students must obtain a 19-23 on the Math subset of their ACT score in order to meet the requirements of Covalent Bonds.
