University Staff Resume Workshop

Tuesday, March 31, 2015 2-3pm Hyland 2310
Presenter: Ron M Buchholz, Director
Career & Leadership Development

Changes to the transfer process now give supervisors the flexibility to decide who they will consider and interview on a transfer basis. This change has required employees to provide a current resume to help supervisors make that determination. Due to this change, many employees are looking for a refresher on developing an effective resume. This workshop will provide university staff with a basic overview of resume writing and different resume formats. Attendees will also receive useful handouts a for future reference. There will be follow-up workshops offered in the future in which resumes can be individually reviewed by Career & Leadership Staff for feedback.
