Digital Signage is a dynamic method of communicating with the campus community via plasma screen/LCD displays. Various inputs can be used such as Cable TV, live streams, PowerPoint slides, or live websites. The screen can display multiple messages or be dedicated to one video source.
Digital Signage will allow your division/department to display multiple messages at set intervals to communicate with students, staff, faculty, or guests. Once the digital signage is installed, information is able to be updated quickly. You can develop your own content or work with iCIT to effectively communicate your message.
ICIT manages the infrastructure that supports digital signage on campus. Each department manages the content of their signage. For questions regarding content or to make a content request, please see the content owners below:

Some features for Digital Signage, streaming video for example, require an additional plugin to be installed both on the Digital Signage player as well as your computer. Please contact the helpdesk@uww.edu to verify that the Digital Signage plugin is installed/enabled on your digital player device first, then install the plugin on your computer.
