Need a room for a group project? Collaboratory meeting rooms are available for 3-6 students to work on group projects in Andersen General Access Lab, L1008.
Reserve one of the Collaboratory meeting rooms (L1008D, L1008E, L1008F, L1008G, L1008H) from the comfort of your own home through http://www.uww.edu/reserve. See lab attendant upon arrival.
Rooms can be reserved for a maximum of three hours per use. Time may be extended if there are no other groups waiting to use the room.

Located within the Andersen General Access Lab in L1008, the Media Lab enables students to work with a variety of different A/V and print technologies.
Small format color Printing is available in 8.5" x 11", 11" x 17" or 13" x 19" in regular, matte or gloss paper.

Poster printing requests are submitted online using the Poster Printing Request form. All poster requests require at least 1 business day for processing. During heavy printing periods such as Undergraduate Research, it may take longer to process your request.

From time to time, individuals or departments may need to use a lab facility for a one-time event that requires hands-on participation, such as a training workshop or group orientation. General access lab facilities may be able to accommodate these occasional needs.
Using uww.edu/reserve, submit a request for MG0019B or MG0019C. Both rooms have a projector. Reservations will be subject to approval by lab managers. Reservation requests for a general access room must be made at least three weeks in advance, and the use of the room must be for use by UW-Whitewater faculty, staff or students. Requests will be generally be approved, except in cases of a scheduling conflict, a loss of sufficient open access to students or a software setup that is difficult to accommodate.
