Focus on skill development/refinement of forearm and overhead passing and digging, setting, front & back row attacking, serving, and blocking from beginner to advanced levels. Campers are divided into ability groups by grade and skill level. Sessions involve skill specific drills, games and competitive play including a camp ending tournament in the final sessions. This camp is available to players entering grades 5-12 in Fall 2018.
Registrations accepted online until noon three days prior to event. We do accept walk up registrations at event check-in, if space is available.
Resident Camper: $370
Resident campers will be housed in one of the residence halls located on the UW-Whitewater campus. The residence hall has a secured entrance and the campers are monitored by the residence hall directors, assistants, and by our own camp counseling staff. Roommate requests will be honored when possible; otherwise campers are paired by age and gender. Developing new friends is encouraged. Rooms are double occupancy only. Please note that our residence halls are not air conditioned. We strongly advise campers to bring a fan if possible. The bathrooms and showers offer clean, individual stalls for privacy. Resident campers will have three well-balanced meals each full day. Meals are included in the registration fee.
Commuter Camper: $300
Commuters are campers who elect not to stay overnight in the residence halls. Commuters do not eat breakfast on campus but will be provided with lunch and dinner. Commuters will be able to go to the residence halls between sessions with teammates or friends if they choose.

The resident camp fee covers lodging, meals, instruction, a Baden regulation volleyball, water bottle and insurance. The commuter fee includes noon and evening meals, instruction, a Baden regulation volleyball, water bottle and insurance.
Early cancellations due to medical reasons will receive a full refund minus $25 cancellation fee if the cancellation is requested 7 days prior to the camp. Medical documentation must be provided and received before the start of camp to qualify. All other cancellations, including those with medical documentation received after the start of camp, will receive payment back minus $50. NO REFUNDS will be given for no shows or campers sent home for disciplinary reasons. All cancellation requests must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org; provide registrant's name, camp and medical documentation, if applicable. Refunds will be returned to name and address of payer.
Pre-camp information will be available on this website three weeks prior to the start of camp. Pre-camp information includes check-in and out times with locations, daily schedule, what to bring and other important information you will need to know before attending camp.
Each camper must complete the healthEcamper online form 5 days prior to arrival for each camp they attend; no camper will be allowed to participate without completing the form. You can complete the healthEcamper online form after registering. Use the email address provided to register for this camp as your user name on the healthEcamper website to avoid receiving emails from us indicating you have not completed this health form.
UW-Whitewater will hold all campers responsible for their conduct. Serious misconduct or disruption will lead to immediate dismissal from camp. Campers dismissed from the camp will not receive a refund. Review Summer Camp Rules for more details.
Parking permits are required to park on campus. You may park for free at the location and time of check-in and check-out. All other locations and times you will need to have a parking permit to avoid a ticket. Campers driving themselves and keeping their car on campus must pick up a parking permit from camp director at the initial camp meeting.

Warhawk Volleyball Camps are conducted on the beautiful campus of UW-Whitewater. Campers will practice in Russell Arena, Kachel Fieldhouse, and Kachel Gymnasium. Russell Arena is a recently remodeled arena dedicated to volleyball. With four courts, new flooring and a state on the art sound system, Russell Arena is considered a top facility. The 60,000 square foot Kachel Fieldhouse is one of the finest facilities in the country. It features four volleyball courts and an indoor running track. The Williams Center also offers, a state-of-the-art weight room, and swimming/diving facilities.
In 13 seasons as head coach, Stacy Boudreau has led the Warhawks to a 387-103 record as well as one national championship, three regional titles, 12 WIAC championships and 12 NCAA National Tournament appearances. Under Boudreau’s coaching, 21 Warhawk volleyball players have been named All-Americans, including three this past season. She has been named the AVCA Division III National Coach of the Year, Midwest Region Coach of the Year, and WIAC Coach of the Year.
In Ben Staupe’s eight seasons at UW-Whitewater, the Warhawks have earned seven trips to the NCAA National Tournament as well as six WIAC titles. Staupe is UW-Whitewater’s setting and defensive coach, and the team is consistently at the top of the nation in assists and digs, with recent All-Americans named in each position. Staupe has more than 15 years of coaching experience at the collegiate and junior levels.
Kathryn Krajnak is currently serving as the Warhawk's Graduate Assistant Coach. A 2011 graduate of UW-Whitewater, Krajnak was a starting Middle Blocker for the Warhawks. She is listed in the UW-Whitewater record books several times and was named a 2010 Second Team AVCA All-American as she led her team to WIAC tournament championship and post season titles. Krajnak has three years coaching experience at junior and collegiate levels.
Warhawk Volleyball Camps Staff includes top instructors in the Midwest featuring the Warhawk Coaching Staff, current college/high school and club coaches, as well as current and former Warhawk volleyball players. We provide one coach for every eight participants. We believe with this ratio we can develop the talents of each camper and spend adequate time teaching and refining skills.
Each registrant will be covered by a limited accident insurance policy. The insurance includes primary coverage up to $7,500 and $300 maximum dental insurance. Insurance does not cover pre-existing injuries and is for accidents only. The cost of insurance is included in the registration fee.
