Unplanned Outage - Multiple Services

Starting around 3 a.m., Amazon AWS began experiencing outages. As a result, multiple UWW services have been down or in an unstable state. This includes:

• Canvas
• Kaltura
• Adobe Acrobat and Creative Cloud
• Qualtrics
• McGraw-Hill, Pearson, Macmillan, Cengage, and other publishers
• Multiple other services

For information on the full scope of the issues, see the AWS Health Dashboard. As of 12:38 p.m., AWS reports efforts to resolve failures are showing early signs of recovery.
