Note taking

Note Taking

Notetaking accommodations are available for qualified students with disabilities to ensure equal access to in-class information. Notetaking is not designed to be a substitute for class attendance. Students requiring a notetaker should meet with a Disability Services Coordinator (DSC) to determine elegibility for notetaking as a reasonable accommodation.

Qualified students are required to complete both a Student Request for a Notetaker and the Student Notetaking and Recording Agreement for each class that requires notetaking as a reasonable accommodation.

Students access copies of class notes through the CSD HawkNotes system.
