The guides were so knowledgeable of the flowers and growing techniques – how they grow best, soil, sun. It was interesting to hear about how much planning goes into the landscapes. The tour gave me a chance to see some beautiful garden space on campus that normally isn't noticeable when driving by.

I enjoyed listening to others stories, their technique, their passion. With each class, we were able to see a glimpse into each other’s lives and understand each other’s points of view through writing. By the end of the class we hated to part ways. Feedback from instructor was very useful. She went out of her way to find additional information and other readings that may have pertained to each one of us personally.

"The Beer Matters course is a fantastic way to learn about beer history and engage in discussion with others who enjoy beer and homebrewing as much as I do! It's well-planned and always interesting."
