From this class, I will take with me the importance of hands-on learning and how it can help you understand concepts deeper. I have also learned that some peers have strong skills in specific areas, and I can benefit from that by asking questions and learning from them. Overall, connecting with others is extremely important in being successful in lots of aspects of life and branching out and immersing yourself in new experiences is a great way to naturally do that.

"Our facilitators were sensitive to what was happening and made us feel welcome to join in the small group discussions. I came to this to get more information to help my students and colleagues, and I did get that, but what I really came away with was some peace of mind. I was able to talk about how this topic has really affected me as a practitioner and I really appreciated being able to do this."
