Why We Partner with the United Way
Each year UW-Whitewater hosts the United Way Workplace Giving Campaign. United Way works with local programs and organizations to support the health, education and financial stability of every person in our communities. Thanks to its fundraising in 2023, the United Way of Jefferson and North Walworth Counties allocated $246,685 to local nonprofits, school districts, and organizations throughout 2024!
This year's campaign will continue creating opportunities for our communities, because that is at the heart of what we do and who we are as an organization. We are always looking for any and all ways to uphold our mission to fight for the health, education and financial stability of every person in our communities. And that fight is needed now more than ever.
