The University of Wisconsin‐Whitewater Community Engagement Center’s Mission, in keeping with the Wisconsin Idea manifests the general principle: that education should influence people’s lives beyond the boundaries of the classroom.
The University is focused on reducing and redirecting funds; streamlining operations to address state funding cuts and the need for commonality in process systems; implementing operational efficiencies that enhance the quality of services to students, faculty and staff; and building a sustainable financial model to carry the University forward. The Process Improvement Advisory Team (PIAT) supports this commitment by identifying process improvement projects and implementing continuous, incremental change.
